Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions:
The Sapphire Nails & Waxing Loyalty Program offers exclusive benefits and rewards to our valued customers.
For every $50 spent on eligible services at Sapphire Nails & Waxing, customers will receive one stamp on their loyalty card. Please note that the loyalty program is not applicable in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
The loyalty card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered cardholder.
Stamps are awarded based on the total amount spent on eligible services during a single transaction. Multiple receipts cannot be combined to earn stamps.
Once customers have collected three stamps on their loyalty card, they are eligible to receive a $5 voucher that can be used towards any of the services provided by Sapphire Nails & Waxing.
After collecting an additional three stamps (totaling six stamps), customers will receive a $15 voucher. For another three stamps (totaling nine stamps), customers will receive a $20 voucher. Finally, for another three stamps (totaling twelve stamps), customers will receive a $40 voucher. These vouchers can be redeemed towards the services offered at Sapphire Nails & Waxing.
Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issuance and cannot be extended or redeemed for cash.
It is important to note that stamps will only be awarded for transactions where no other promotions or discounts are applied. If a customer avails themselves of any ongoing promotion or discount, stamps will not be awarded for that particular transaction.
Sapphire Nails & Waxing reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program, its benefits, or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, all vouchers earned before any such modifications or termination will remain valid as per the stated terms.
Sapphire Nails & Waxing shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of loyalty cards or vouchers.
Participation in the Sapphire Nails & Waxing Loyalty Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Late Arrivals:

In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
Hygiene and Cleanliness:
Your health and safety are of utmost importance to us. We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation practices.
All equipment and tools are thoroughly sterilized and disinfected before each use.
We kindly request that you notify us of any contagious conditions or allergies before your appointment.
Children and Minors:
We love children, but to maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, we request that you make childcare arrangements before your visit.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their appointment.
Payment and Gratuity:
We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
Gratuity for our technicians is greatly appreciated but is entirely discretionary.
Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
Personal Belongings:
